Mulligans ReturnsA little about us and a brief history of how we started.

Mulligans was a West Ocean City staple from 1988 to 2002, serving up great bar food and local favorites. Paired with billiards and games, the old Mulligans was a popular stop for visitors and locals alike. From our legendary Hawaiian Open golf tournament to the Billiard League play, we always had something fun going on.


Owners Mark Lupean and Dave Hanlon have re-launched the new Mulligans -- paying homage to the past and pairing it with a new, clean and updated atmosphere that's sure to please. We are bringing back some of the old favorites and introducing new delectables, including wood fired pizza. Come check us out!

  • Great Happy Hour

    From 3-6pm we serve up $3 House Wine and Rail Cocktails, $2.50 Domestic Bottles.


    Pair that with our $8 Happy Hour Food Menu -- including Small 1 topping Wood Oven Pizza, 8pc Wings, Chili Nachos, Half Pound Steamed Shrimp, Crap Dip, or Bavarian Pretzel.

  • Daily & Weekly Dinner Specials

    During the winter months in OC, we've reduced the size of our regular menu but feature select favorites on a daily or weekly cycle.


    We regularly feature prime rib dinners, meatloaf dinners with gravy, and steak n cake dinners. Give us call to learn what's going on this week.

  • PIZZA, PIZZA

    Our wood-fired pizza oven is operational and cranking out some great pies. With individual and large sizes, we've got all the traditional toppings and some of our new creations to enjoy.


    Prep and oven time is fast, cooking at over 750 degrees. So when you're in a hurry, think of Mulligans pizza as the solution.

Fresh Local Food

We source our kitchen with local meats, seafood, vegetables, and ingredients. Our food is not made elsewhere and re-heated. It's real, fresh, and good. Daily specials always available.

Craft Drafts

Our entire draft beer line-up consists of local and regional favorites running the gamut from light lagers to full-bodied ales. The rest of our beer offertings are stocked in bottles and cans.
